United Defense Tactical is seeking a Sales Representative in Orlando to drive enrollment in our on-site, membership-based training program. You will showcase our reality-based simulator, conduct tours, and present membership options to customers.

The role emphasizes building relationships, achieving revenue targets, and updating CRM daily. You will work a schedule including evenings and weekends, with base pay plus commissions and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree is often preferred, especially for sales roles in certain industries.
• Certifications: Industry-specific certifications can be beneficial.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Training demos: You conduct 90-minute training demos, facility tour, and membership offer for enrollees.
• Prospecting: You book tours from marketing funnels and a database of registrants.
• Nurturing: You nurture prospects into customers when they don’t sign up initially.
• Updating the CRM: You update the CRM daily to track opportunities and commissions.
