Job summary

Cintas Corporation provides comprehensive fire safety and facility services, and seeks a Customer Experience Coordinator in Wisconsin to support customers and internal partners across alarm, extinguisher, suppression, and sprinkler systems.

You will answer calls, schedule service, reconcile accounts, prepare reports, secure permits, and assist in miscellaneous projects, coordinating with service managers and technicians to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent phone demeanor and experience with customer service.
• Ability to read, understand, and create quotes.
• Fire certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with accurate information.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites based on inspection frequency and requests.
• Gather information from managers/technicians to understand or de-escalate situations and resolve issues.
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from standard sources.
• Provide operational support using fire system knowledge to customers and vendors.
