Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Jessup, MD to provide outstanding service to customers and internal partners. You will use knowledge of Alarm Systems, Portable Fire Extinguishers, Suppression Systems or Sprinkler Systems to handle calls, arrange service, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports.

You will also gather information, secure permits, and assist in various projects while coordinating with field technicians and managers to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with customer service and phone handling.
• Must include answering phones and transferring calls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to support customers.
• Schedule service for customers and dispatch technicians.
• Assist in account reconciliation and prepare reports and invoices.
• Secure permits and manage occasional miscellaneous projects.
• Gather information from Managers and technicians to resolve issues.
• Produce reports by collecting data from standard sources.
• Provide operational support to customers, vendors and internal partners.
• Support project managers with simple tasks and established procedures.
