Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Fort Myers to deliver outstanding service to internal partners and customers, scheduling service visits, assisting with account reconciliations, and preparing invoices. You will collaborate with Service Managers and technicians to resolve issues and dispatch staff for inspections and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Excellent phone demeanor and customer service experience; answering phones and transferring calls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with accurate information.
• Assist in scheduling, coordinating workload for field technicians, and route optimization.
• Address concerns related to fire suppression systems and act as main contact for scheduling issues.
• Gather information from Service Managers and technicians to de‑escalate situations and resolve problems.
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from standard sources and inputting into formats.
• Use external communications to access required information for specified purposes.
• Provide operational support by utilizing fire system knowledge to customers, vendors, and partners; dispatch technicians.
• Support project managers by performing simple tasks and following procedures for fire suppression issues.
