The role involves handling calls, scheduling service visits, and assisting with account reconciliations and reports, leveraging knowledge of alarm, extinguishing, suppression, and sprinkler systems.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and strong phone skills. Preferred candidates bring Microsoft Office proficiency and 2+ years of Fire Suppression

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent phone demeanor and customer service experience (answering calls and transferring).
• Preferred: Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; 2+ years of Fire Suppression Systems experience; ability to read, understand, and create quotes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with information.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites based on inspections and urgent service needs.
• Assist with account reconciliation, prepare reports and invoices, and secure permits as needed.
• Gather information from Service Managers and technicians to de-escalate situations and resolve issues with customers or fire marshals.
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from standard sources and inputting into standard formats.
