Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent phone demeanor and customer service experience.
• Experience answering phones and transferring calls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Fire Suppression Systems experience preferred.
• Experience reading, understanding, and creating quotes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with accurate information.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites based on inspections and emergencies.
• Assist partners with concerns related to fire suppression systems and marshal issues as main contact in scheduling.
• Gather information from Service Managers and technicians to understand or deescalate situations.
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from standard sources.
• Use external communications systems to access required information.
• Provide operational support by applying fire suppression knowledge to customers, vendors, and internal partners.
• Support project managers with routine tasks and established procedures.
