Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with relevant information.
• Support interdepartmental relationships and optimize technician workload.
• Be the main scheduling contact for fire suppression system issues and marshal-related questions.
• Gather information from Service Managers and technicians to understand or de-escalate situations.
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from standard sources and inputting into standard formats.
• Use external communications systems to access required information for specified purposes.
• Provide operational support by scheduling and dispatching technicians to customer sites.
