Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Customer Experience Coordinator to provide outstanding service to internal partners and customers. You will handle calls, schedule service, assist with invoicing and permits, and support with reports and data entry related to fire suppression and alarm systems.

Required are a high school diploma and strong phone etiquette with prior customer service experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred. This role is based in the Fire division with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent phone demeanor and customer service experience; experience must include answering calls and transferring calls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with accurate information.
• Schedule service for customers and manage workload for field technicians.
• Gather information from Service Managers and technicians to resolve issues and de-escalate situations.
• Produce accurate reports by compiling data from standard sources.
