Responsibilities include coordinating technicians, handling inquiries, gathering information from managers, and producing standard reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent phone demeanor and experience with customer service; must include answering phones and transferring calls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with accurate information.
• Manage workload of field technicians based on schedule and route optimization.
• Assist partners with concerns related to fire suppression systems and scheduling issues; be the main contact for scheduling problems.
• Gather information from Service Managers and technicians to understand or de-escalate situations and resolve customer issues.
• Produce accurate reports by compiling data from standard sources into defined formats.
• Use external communications systems to access required information.
• Provide operational support by applying fire suppression system knowledge to customers, vendors and internal partners; dispatch technicians to sites.
• Support project managers by performing simple tasks following established procedures.
