Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with accurate information.
• Manage workload of field technicians and route optimization.
• Assist partners with concerns related to fire suppression systems and related issues; act as main contact in scheduling.
• Gather information from Service Managers and technicians to de-escalate situations; resolve issues with customers.
• Produce reports by collecting data from standard sources and formatting it accordingly.
• Use external communications system to access required information.
• Provide operational support by applying fire suppression knowledge to customers, vendors, and internal teams; dispatch technicians to sites.
• Support project managers by performing simple tasks per established procedures.
