Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service with phone handling preferred.
• Experience with reading, understanding and creating quotes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and assist with customer needs.
• Schedule service and dispatch technicians for customer sites.
• Prepare reports and invoices and assist in account reconciliation.
• Secure permits and assist in occasional projects.
• Maintain accurate information flow between customers and internal teams.
