Johnson Controls, Inc. invites recent graduates to join its Accelerated Commercial Excellence (ACE) Program, an 18-month sales development track designed to build product and channel sales skills. You'll train, gain hands-on customer experience, and be mentored to prepare for roles across IR product subgroups.

During the first six months, the ACE cohort works from Milwaukee, WI, at HQ in Glendale, with relocation after month six to a fixed base (Waynesboro, PA). Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum in mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering.
• Recent graduate or undergraduate senior expected to graduate Apr 2027–Jun 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsabilités

• Provide technical, commercial, and product support to HVAC District Sales Managers and accounts.
• Support Regional Sales Managers and multi-channel partners with product training and pricing.
• Provide lead management assistance from website inquiries and events.
• Collaborate between customer accounts and warranty, tech support or financing specialists as needed.
• Attend account planning cadences and contribute to team goal attainment with RSMs.
• Assist with CRM opportunity pipeline management and account information accuracy.
• Develop product configuration expertise using our CoolWare selection tool.
• Prepare, practice and lead internal product presentations (SME) customer-facing training and interactions.
• Collaborate between the different IR sales subgroups: F&B, semi-custom (YPS) and fully custom (OEM) solutions.
• Attend frequent training sessions to develop foundational IR product knowledge, sales tactics and industry/market trends for industrial air handlers, compressors and condensers.
• Travel to customer locations and events for additional sales support and shadowing (approximately once or twice per quarter).
