Johnson Controls invites recent graduates to join the Accelerated Commercial Excellence (ACE) Program in Milwaukee, WI. This 18-month sales development track will transform you into skilled sales professionals across multiple product lines.

During six months at the Milwaukee HQ, you’ll gain hands-on training and mentorship before relocating to a dedicated territory (Waynesboro, PA) to graduate into inside sales for Industrial Refrigeration solutions under FRICK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical engineering preferred.
• Recent graduate or upcoming graduate between Apr 2027 – Jun 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Must be able to relocate after six months and work in the U.S.
• U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, commercial, and product support to HVAC sales teams and accounts.
• Support regional managers and partners with product training, pricing and orders.
• Assist with CRM opportunity pipeline and account information accuracy.
• Develop product configuration knowledge using internal tools.
• Prepare and lead internal product presentations and customer trainings.
• Collaborate across IR sales subgroups for solutions in F&B, YPS and OEM.
• Attend trainings to build core IR product knowledge and sales tactics.
