Job summary

Johnson Controls in Milwaukee, WI is launching the ACE program, an 18-month sales development track for recent graduates. You'll gain hands-on customer experience, mentorship, and training to build sales and product knowledge across building automation and Controls units.

During the first six months you'll be based in Milwaukee, then relocation to a fixed territory after graduation. The role prepares you for field sales with opportunities in Seattle and other bases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Recent graduate or undergraduate senior graduating between Apr 2027 – Jun 2027; program starts Jun 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete ACE foundational sales training.
• Attend frequent training sessions to build product knowledge and sales process expertise.
• Provide technical and commercial aid to Channel Account Managers and accounts.
• Complete inside sales rotation for lead/case management and CRM hygiene.
• Travel to manufacturing plants and customer locations for live training and sales shadowing.
