Job summary

Johnson Controls Inc. seeks recent graduates for its Accelerated Commercial Excellence (ACE) Program in Milwaukee, WI. This 18‑month sales development program trains you to become a Channel or Product Sales professional through hands‑on experience, mentorship and classroom sessions.

During the first six months you’ll be based at our Milwaukee HQ and rotate through Inside and Field sales activities, with relocation to California or Phoenix after graduation. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical or business field.
• Recent grads or seniors graduating Apr 2027–Jun 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.; ability to relocate after six months.

Responsibilities

• Complete ACE foundational sales training and shadow seasoned sellers.
• Build knowledge of Controls products and industry; support CAMs and AMs.
• Develop customer relationships and prepare sales reports and dashboards.
• Travel to plants and customer locations for live training and shadowing.
