The 18-month program includes training, hands-on customer exposure and mentorship to prepare for field sales roles within our FD unit. During the initial six months, participants work at the Milwaukee HQ and then relocate for post-graduation roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum; Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Computer Engineering preferred.
• Recent graduate or undergrad graduating between Apr 2027 – Jun 2027; program starts Jun 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Must be able to be in Milwaukee, WI (Glendale) for first six months, then relocate to Southeast – Florida.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Complete ACE foundational sales training.
• Establish monthly cadence with Area/Regional Sales Managers and participate in reviews.
• Provide technical and commercial aid to FD outside sales personnel and customers.
• Assist sales team with CRM opportunity pipeline and account hygiene.
• Create, analyze and customize sales reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Promote the Solution Navigator self-ordering portal and report feedback.
• Develop internal relationships for cross‑department collaboration.
• Develop customer relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Provide problem-solving assistance to customers (order management, pricing, etc.).
• Lead multiple customer-facing product presentations and attend training sessions.
• Travel to manufacturing plants, R&D facilities and customer locations for live training and shadowing.
