Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in technical or business discipline is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience selling service contracts in the Fire Protection industry required.
• Knowledge of NFPA 13, 14, and 20 required.
• Reading blueprints and hydraulic calculations experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
• Provide quotes for service and follow up on impairments.
• Schedule sales calls and follow up on leads to qualify buyers.
• Develop and grow relationships with general contractors and end users to expand fire protection sales.
• Read architectural and mechanical drawings to determine sprinkler locations for new construction/remodels.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
