Job summary

S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is seeking a Sprinkler Sales Representative to lead efforts in locating, attracting, and closing new customers.

You will bid contracts, prepare job schedules, coordinate tool delivery, and manage project personnel while reporting to the Branch Manager. You will ensure compliance with local and national fire codes, conduct customer surveys, and maintain excellent customer relations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of sales experience selling services.
• Ability to read job specifications to determine proper product use.
• NICET certification is a plus.
• Proven knowledge of NFPA 13.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used sprinkler system services to new and existing customers.
• Learn and interpret NFPA standards to identify compliance issues and solutions.
• Create job schedules and coordinate delivery of tools.
• Identify and manage personnel assigned to each project and track labor efficiency.
• Attend job progress meetings, initiate change orders and billings.
• Travel to customer sites as needed and maintain client relations.
