This position requires travel to potential and existing customer sites, with a focus on sales, prospecting for new clients, and delivering excellent customer service. Reports to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience selling service contracts in the fire protection industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and NFPA 13/14/20 standards.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify, select, and grow new and existing customer accounts.
• Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and resolve issues quickly.
• Obtain quotes and follow up on service needs.
• Schedule sales calls and manage leads to drive new contracts.
• Read blueprints and NFPA standards relevant to projects.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
