S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is seeking a sales-driven professional to win sprinkler contracts in the Harrisburg area.

The role focuses on bidding contracts, creating schedules, coordinating tools, and guiding project teams to deliver on time and within budget. The candidate will represent the company at progress meetings, pursue new clients, travel to sites, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years’ of sales experience selling services is required.
• Ability to read job specifications to determine the proper use of products is required.
• NICET certification is a plus.
• Proven knowledge of NFPA 13.
• Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and produce accurate and timely results.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used sprinkler system services to new and existing customers.
• Learn, understand, and interpret local, state, and national building fire codes to identify compliance issues at customer facilities and recommend solutions.
• Perform customer surveys as required/requested.
• Obtain all licensing required to perform job function, as applicable.
• Obtain manufacturers’ certifications required to perform job function, as applicable.
• Attend job progress meetings, initiate change orders and contract progress billings.
