Century Fire Protection is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive new business and expand relationships in the fire sprinkler sector across commercial markets. You will work closely with estimating, operations, and project teams to develop proposals, secure contracts, and deliver compliant, value-driven solutions.

Formación

• 2–5 years of fire sprinkler sales or related construction sales.
• Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and applicable codes.
• Experience reviewing construction documents and estimating support.
• Proven ability to develop proposals and secure contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities for fire sprinkler installation, retrofit, service, and inspection work.
• Review construction documents, specs, and site conditions to support estimating and proposals.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts in coordination with estimating and operations teams.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and scope of work to secure profitable projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and field teams to ensure successful execution and satisfaction.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools and internal reporting.
• Stay current on NFPA standards, local codes, and industry trends.
