Job summary

Impact Fire Services is seeking a proactive sales/PM to build relationships with end users, owners, contractors, and engineers. The role focuses on negotiating and closing fire sprinkler projects, maintaining a robust pipeline, and delivering accurate estimates for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.

You will prepare proposals, coordinate with district leadership on account strategies, and contribute to a high-performance team culture with mentorship and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in a technical, business discipline or equivalent.
• 3–5 years fire sprinkler sales or project management experience, incl. estimating, material listing and hydraulic calculations.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills.
• NICET certification or equivalent field experience preferred for sprinkler layout.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and NFPA 13 standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organization and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer sales strategies for efficient sales gains.
• Conduct site surveys to identify potential customers and opportunities.
• Engage clients to understand needs and product specifications; present suitable solutions.
• Follow proper estimating and proposal procedures for bids; prepare proposals.
• Collaborate with the District Manager on key account strategies.
• Maintain a pipeline and forecast sales activity accurately.
