Job summary

Impact Fire Services, LLC is seeking a sales and project management professional to build relationships with end users, owners, contractors, and engineers and to close quality fire sprinkler projects. You will estimate and quote systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities, maintain a pipeline, and forecast accurately.

Establish contact, qualify prospects, schedule calls, and prepare proposals for bids.

Qualifications

Degree in a technical, business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years fire sprinkler Sales or Project Management experience, including estimating, material listing and performing hydraulic calculations.
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills.
Technical knowledge of sprinkler systems with NICET Certification or equivalent experience preferred.
Familiar with reading blueprints, NFPA 13 standards and local codes.
Able to work independently and as part of a team; organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to multi-task, manage sales territory; proficient with computer applications.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement customer sales strategies for efficient sales.
Conduct site surveys to identify potential customers.
Interact with clients to identify needs and product specifications.
Offer products meeting client requirements and follow estimating and proposal procedures.
Collaborate with the District Manager on key account strategies.
