Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Account Manager/Sales Executive specializing in Fire Sprinkler systems within the Construction industry in Fresno, CA. You will drive the sales process from contact to contract completion, blending business development, sales strategy, and account management.

You will identify opportunities, nurture customer relationships, and close deals, requiring strong leadership, negotiation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Travel to client meetings is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of fire sprinkler sales experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or engineering or equivalent work experience.
Proven leadership and negotiation skills with sales achievements.
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Experience in B2B sales and account management.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales goals and plans for the contract department in collaboration with District Management.
Identify, locate, and qualify projects for new construction and service contracts.
Foster and maintain strong customer relationships resulting in tangible sales.
Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers via calls and follow-ups.
Demonstrate ability to close sales and handle diverse situations during sales.
Perform cold calling and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
Manage existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in industry events to network and expand opportunities.
