You will coordinate with general contractors, review plans for pricing, attend project meetings, and ensure proposals comply with codes and standards while supporting ongoing relationships for repeat business.

Formación

• Experience in new construction fire sprinkler system sales with general contractors.
• Strong sales, account management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs; NFPA knowledge helpful.

• Identify and develop new construction fire sprinkler project opportunities.
• Prepare bids and proposals for commercial construction projects.
• Manage sales pipelines from initial contact through contract close.
