Impact Fire Services, LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced sales estimator to grow fire protection sprinkler systems. You will estimate, price, and sell project-related fire protection services, guiding leads from budgeting to close, and coordinating with contractors, owners, and developers.

This role requires strong knowledge of NFPA codes, proven sales ability, and the capacity to write concise scopes. Travel within the territory and a valid driver's license are required.

Formación

• Five+ years in fire protection sales/estimation roles.
• Ability to write clear/fire protection scopes for projects.
• Strong knowledge of life safety and NFPA codes.
• Proven ability to close fire sprinkler sales/contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Establish contact with prospective buyers for new/installations, modifications, upgrades and service.
• Conduct site surveys to determine customer needs and translate to system requirements.
• Develop and maintain a proposal backlog to meet sales goals.
• Foster relationships with general contractors, owners, and developers to exceed client expectations.
• Support cross-selling of inspection services and extinguishers.
• Meet annual business and commission plan objectives.
