Job summary

Pavion is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of fire alarm, security, and related integration solutions across our Florida territory. You will qualify opportunities, manage the pipeline, and close deals with a consultative approach.

The role offers a base salary in the $60,000–$70,000 range plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package; regular travel to client sites is expected, and you will collaborate with engineering and service teams to deliver white-glove customer

Qualifications

• Experience in the building systems install, service or sales space.
• 2–3 previous sales roles selling services or intangible offerings.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Collaborative communication skills with ability to navigate objections.
• Action oriented – accustomed to 3–4 appointments a day in market.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory by building and executing a game plan to close key deals.
• Target high-value opportunities and win major customers from competitors.
• Be the trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and delivering scalable security solutions.
• Review bid docs, technical drawings, and specs with pre/post sales teams for effective conversations.
• Maintain CRM up to date with revenue forecasts and close dates.
