Pavion is seeking an Account Executive to drive cutting‑edge fire, security, and communications solutions across our regional footprint. You will own the territory, create and execute strategic account plans, and close large deals with consultative, white‑glove service.

You’ll work with engineering, project management, and service teams to translate technical specs into business value, manage CRM forecasts, and expand wallet share.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in the fire alarm system sales, installation and light design.
• Proven history of hunting for new business opportunities.
• Regular driving to customer and project sites with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to build networks of business relationships to create sales opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Own your territory and build a winning game plan to gather intelligence, develop new business, and close deals.
• Target high-value opportunities and win over major customers with bold strategies.
• Be the trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and delivering scalable security solutions.
• Collaborate with pre/post sales teams to review specs and translate them for customer conversations.
• Maintain CRM with revenue forecasts, close dates, and sales stages.
