Job summary

Fire Safety and Protection is seeking a Sales Account Manager to develop and manage customer relationships across the territory. You will consult on life safety and security solutions, coordinate with internal teams, and drive service agreements and system upgrades to meet sales targets.

The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, CRM proficiency, and a track record of achieving results. Travel will be required to serve clients effectively and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service within life safety, fire protection, or security.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers within the assigned territory.
• Provide expert consultation on life safety and security solutions to drive growth.
• Lead account plans and coordinate with internal teams to deliver compliant service.
• Drive inspections, service agreements, and system upgrade opportunities.
• Demonstrate products and provide technical guidance on fire alarms and security systems.
• Maintain CRM data daily and report activity and forecasts to senior management.
