Control Systems, Inc. is hiring a Service Sales Account Manager to partner with existing customers and build new relationships, delivering low voltage, fire, life safety products and services.

You will upsell, develop multi-line service offerings, and negotiate pricing proposals to demonstrate superior customer service. The role requires knowledge of fire and life safety systems, building life safety codes, and 2+ years of relevant sales experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting within commercial fire alarm, sprinkler, life safety, or related industries.
• Proficiency in fire and life safety systems and equipment.
• Understanding of building life safety inspection codes and standards (IFC, IBC, NFPA, CMS, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in selling service agreements to various levels within customer organizations.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and develop customer relationships, upsell, and provide pricing proposals to showcase superior service.
• Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet business objectives.
• Conduct seminars and demonstrations to generate leads from prospective customers.
• Participate in trade shows and events to increase sales and enhance the company image.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
