Job summary

Fire Safety and Protection (FSP) in the United States is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow our life safety and security solutions within a defined territory. You will serve as the primary client contact, delivering expert product recommendations and ensuring high service levels from inspection through retrofit.

The role requires account planning, upsell opportunities, and collaboration with our technical team to meet regulatory requirements while staying on budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their life safety and security requirements.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling life safety and security products and services.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow defined client accounts within the territory.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Develop and execute account plans to expand business with key clients.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Prepare regular sales reports, client updates, and forecasts for management.
