Fire Safety and Protection is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow our client base across a defined territory. You will provide expert consultation on fire safety and security products, ensure outstanding customer service, and serve as the primary contact for clients to meet their life safety needs.

Responsibilities include developing relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and coordinating with the technical and installation teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their life safety and security requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and the company, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of concerns.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling life safety and security products and services.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow the business with key clients.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
