Job summary

Summit Fire & Security in Florida seeks a Branch Manager to oversee operations, finances, and safety for the assigned area. You will manage field inspections, service installations, route planning, staffing, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

The role requires 5+ years in fire protection with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Sage 300 CRE and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Fire Protection Industry experience, required.
• 2 years leadership experience with over 10 direct and indirect subordinates, required.
• 3 years analytical using business intelligence systems, Sage 300 CRE, or similar, required.
• NICET II, III, IV or state equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in Fire Protection Industry with supervisory experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch objectives through operations and sales improvements.
• Oversee fire protection inspections, services, and installs.
• Manage branch financial performance per P&L and revenue.
• Coordinate with management on financial progress and growth.
• Ensure safe, compliant work and proper documentation.
• Maintain staffing levels with Talent Acquisition.
• Mentor future managers and leaders.
• Oversee asset maintenance and fleet in coordination with Purchasing.
• Lead route management and training of technicians.
• Ensure cross-department communication between Sales and Operations.
