Job summary

Summit Fire Protection is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Manager to oversee the sprinkler department's operations, inspections, services and installs, while driving profitability and performance metrics. The role combines field leadership with financial oversight, strategic planning and client coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent, 3 years in fire life safety, 2 years of supervisory experience, and experience with Sage 300 CRE or similar BI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
• 3 years Fire Life Safety Industry experience in Fire Suppression.
• 2 years Supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with business intelligence systems and Sage 300 CRE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspections, services and installs for the sprinkler department.
• Manage department P&L, revenue, gross margin and overhead.
• Coordinate with management on financial progress and growth strategies.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations and high-quality field work.
• Lead staffing, scheduling and training to meet objectives.
• Oversee asset maintenance, procurement and fleet management.
