Job summary

Summit Fire Protection is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Manager to oversee the sprinkler department, driving performance, profitability, and safe operations. You will manage inspections, services, and installations, and coordinate with management on growth strategies and resource needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent, 3 years in fire life safety, and supervisory experience, with proficiency in Sage 300 CRE and BI systems.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Fire Life Safety Industry experience specifically within Fire Suppression.
• 3 years of professional computer skills, preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience, preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Familiarity with analytical business intelligence systems, Sage 300 CRE, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the fire sprinkler department’s inspections, services, and installations.
• Manage financial performance of the department, including P&L, gross revenue, gross margin, and overhead.
• Coordinate with management on financial progress, growth strategies, and resource needs.
• Ensure safe, compliant workflow, documentation, and quality assurance across projects.
• Lead staffing, purchasing, and asset management in coordination with departments.
