Job summary

Summit Fire & Security is looking for a Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager to oversee field service activities and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. You will manage service personnel, track budget targets, and facilitate customer relations while responding to emergency calls.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a related field and must be able to travel up to 90% of the time. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of service related field experience.
• Ability to motivate field teams to meet and exceed project schedules.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage service field personnel and build a first-class service team.
• Ensure timely submission of employee time sheets for payroll.
• Price all repair and service projects in accordance with company guidelines.
• Schedule all field activities using manpower planning tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and training requirements.
