Job summary

Summit Fire & Security is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations, sales growth, and financial performance for the assigned Florida area. You will lead field teams across fire protection services, inspections, and installations while ensuring safety, compliance, and quality.

The role requires 5+ years in the fire protection industry, 2+ years in supervision, and strong BI/ERP skills. Travel up to 50% is expected to support project coordination and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the Fire Protection Industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, required.
• NICET II, III, IV or state equivalent, preferred.
• 5 years Fire Protection Industry experience, required.
• 3 years analytical using business intelligence systems (e.g., Sage 300 CRE) or similar, required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch objectives through enhancement and improvements of operations and sales.
• Oversee fire protection inspections, services, and installs across systems.
• Manage branch P&L, gross revenue, gross margin, and overhead.
• Communicate financial progress and growth strategies with management.
• Ensure safe, compliant field operations and proper workflow/documentation.
