Summit Fire & Security is seeking an Inspections Operations Manager to lead the Inspection Service Department, ensure on-time inspections, and maintain high-quality reporting. The candidate should have 5–10 years in fire protection inspection, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–10 years of experience inspecting fire protection systems.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; NICET II or state-specific certification preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and customer service in a field setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Inspection Service Department field personnel to build a first-class service team.
• Review and quality control of all inspection reports in the web-based reporting system.
• Ensure a minimum 90% on-time inspection rate.
• Schedule field activities and coordinate with customers using manpower planning tools.
• Review timesheets for payroll deadlines.
• Assist Sales in pricing service work per pricing structure.
