Summit Fire & Security is seeking a Fire Alarm & Security Manager to oversee operations, financial performance, and field activities for the assigned area. The role requires leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across departments to drive profitability and growth.

The position emphasizes supervision of fire alarm services, inspections, and installations, with strong emphasis on safety, training, and annual certifications. Sign-on bonus available up to $10k.

Qualifications

• 7 years Fire Life Safety Industry experience, specifically in Fire Alarm.
• NICET Level 1 Fire Alarm Certification is required.
• Fire Alarm Systems Agent (FASA) Certification is required.
• 7 years of professional computer skills
• 3 years Supervisory experience within Fire Alarm

Responsibilities

• Oversee the fire alarm & security department including inspections, services and installations.
• Monitor financial performance via P&L statements and department revenue.
• Communicate with management on financial progress and staffing needs.
• Ensure safety, workflow, quality control and regulatory compliance in the field.
• Lead operations to improve efficiency, staffing, and asset utilization.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Fleet, and Billing for orders and invoicing.
• Assist in business development to increase market share in the area.
• Provide ongoing training and certification promotion for employees.
• Perform Technician duties as needed and handle other duties as assigned.
