Job summary

Summit Fire & Security in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Fire Life Safety Sales Executive to prospect and develop new customers, upsell services, and negotiate pricing for inspection contracts. You will work with the Regional Sales Manager and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth of the service business.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales or fire protection, familiarity with reading blueprints, and at least some exposure to SalesForce.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales or fire protection industry experience.
• 2 years reading electronic blueprints and use of related tools.
• Proficiency with SalesForce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively engage in making sales calls to new prospective customers to build the Inspection and Service business.
• Upsell and expand service offerings to existing customers.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and follow up on proposals to accelerate awards.
• Travel up to 50% as required and network with industry stakeholders.
