Loyal Source is seeking a motivated System Sales Consultant to drive sales of fire alarm and low-voltage systems, plus recurring service solutions. You will prospect, visit customers, and manage a robust CRM-driven pipeline while developing estimates and winning new business in the fire and security sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in the building systems, fire alarm, low-voltage, security, or service industry.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management roles.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems for pipeline and activity management.
• Self-motivated and comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting with customers.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell fire alarm systems, low-voltage systems, and associated recurring service offerings.
• Generate new business through prospecting, customer visits, appointments, and territory development.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities, pipeline opportunities, forecasting, and account management.
• Track construction projects and secure service and installation opportunities prior to project completion.
• Develop estimates and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continually developing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
