Qualifications

• Experience in the buildingsystems install, service or sales space.
• 2 or 3 previous sales roles selling services and or intangible offerings
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Collaborative communication skills with the ability to respectfully navigate objections internally and externally
• Action oriented – used to 3 – 4 appointments a day IN MARKET

Responsibilities

• Sell Fire Systems, Low Voltage Systems, and RAR.
• Prospecting through calls, appointments, and IN Market activities.
• Leverage data to maximize calls, quotes, and bookings to qualified clients.
• Demonstrate knowledge of each stage of the sales cycle and process.
• Maintain CRM for activity and pipeline management.
• Track open construction projects to attach services prior to completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, management, and peers; present to management as directed.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office and relevant software.
• Maintain professionalism in high-stress situations.
