Job summary

Johnson Controls is looking for a Life Safety Systems Sales Representative to promote Fire Safety/Fire Alarm Systems within an assigned territory. You will identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and drive the sales process from lead to close.

The role requires at least two years of sales experience in Electronic Systems, strong communication skills, and ability to read wiring diagrams. On-site work with potential travel and a competitive benefits package accompanies a performance-based

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years successful sales experience in Electronic Systems or similar experience.
• Strong communication skills and sales techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams/descriptions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Fire Safety/Fire Alarm Systems to contractor customers and end users within an assigned territory.
• Establish contact with prospects, qualify buyers, schedule calls, and follow up on leads.
• Develop sales strategy, prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and close sales to meet quotas.
• Coordinate with district operations to improve service delivery and report progress regularly.
• Represent the company at trade shows and product demonstrations to grow sales.
