Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Life Safety Systems Sales Representative, FIRE Electronic, to promote and sell fire safety systems to contractors and end users within an assigned territory. You will identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

The role requires at least two years in Electronic Systems sales, reading blueprints, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years sales experience in Electronic Systems or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or engineering preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with electrical contractors and reading blueprints/wiring diagrams desirable.
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office and Oracle programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Fire Safety/Fire Alarm Systems to contractors and end users within an assigned territory.
• Establish contact with prospects, qualify buyers, and schedule sales calls.
• Develop a sales strategy to communicate product offerings and maintain territory records.
