Johnson Controls in Springdale, AR is seeking a Life Safety Systems Sales Executive to promote and sell fire safety systems within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building relationships with electrical contractors and end users to grow revenue.

You will develop sales strategies, deliver proposals, conduct demonstrations, and participate in trade shows while maintaining accounts and reporting progress to leadership weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years sales experience in electronics or related industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication and sales techniques.
• Computer experience with Microsoft and Oracle programs.
• Self-motivation with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Fire Safety Systems to customers within an assigned territory.
• Develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of product offerings and qualify opportunities.
• Conduct seminars and demonstrations to generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Prepare proposals, make presentations, and follow up to close sales.
• Interface with district operations to deliver and improve service delivery.
• Deliver sales against an assigned quota and maintain established accounts.
