Johnson Controls is hiring a Life Safety Service Rep, Electronic to manage a full sales cycle for fire alarm and life safety service work within an assigned territory and account base. You will uncover opportunities, shape a value proposition, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, close the sale, and support the customer post-sale.

Formación

• Three or more years of successful sales experience with fire alarms, security control, and monitoring or a similar industry.
• Excellent sales, presentation, and closing techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• PC proficiency with Microsoft and Oracle programs.
• Willingness to obtain appropriate licenses.

Responsabilidades

• Sell Fire/Life Safety service offerings and Electronic Services (Moves, Adds and Changes) to assigned customers and end users.
• Manage the full sales process from opportunity discovery and solution development through design, contract creation, negotiation, closing, and ongoing service support.
• Work with sales, technical, design engineering, service, support, and management teams to meet customer needs.
• Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to position company product offerings effectively.
• Close sales to meet or exceed sales plan objectives and maintain an active proposal backlog that supports the designated sales plan.
• Provide account management coordination of services such as installation and customer training to support satisfaction.
• Prepare financial justifications, proposals, and presentations, and follow up to secure the sale.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to delivery dates, billing, financing, etc.
• Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact and market investigations to identify new applications.
• Provide sales forecasting for the territory and maintain complete records of sales activity.
