Zusammenfassung

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Solutions Sales Representative for our life safety, security, and fire protection business in the Cumberland, MD area. The role focuses on developing new opportunities via contractors and end-users by managing and growing the business through new construction, renovations, and retrofits within the assigned territory.

You will sell fire alarm and related systems, meet quotas, and expand market share through consultative selling.

Qualifikationen

• Two to five years meeting or exceeding quotas in fire alarm systems sales.
• Deep understanding of fire alarm life safety systems, low voltage systems, installation and testing.
• NICET Level II certification or higher preferred.
• Technical aptitude with drawings and codes.
• Experience selling technical solutions through contracting tiers.

Aufgaben

• Sell fire alarm, fire protection systems and related systems to contractors and end-users; achieve orders, booking and gross margin goals.
• Meet annual quota as assigned by General Manager or Sales Manager.
• Develop new market share by selling a broad range of products and services to new customers.
• Prospect and qualify opportunities; build client relationships through consultative selling.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, specifications, and presentations; forecast activity and potential sales.
• Maintain knowledge of products/services; use CRM to manage plans and follow-ups.
