Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Solutions Sales Representative for our life safety, security, and fire protection business. The Sales Rep’s focus will be on developing new opportunities via contractors and end-users by managing and growing the business through new construction, renovations, and retrofits within their assigned territory.

You will sell fire alarm and life safety systems, achieve quotas, qualify opportunities, build relationships, and present proposals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years quota attainment in fire alarm systems sales
• Consistent sales performance and growth of new client base
• In-depth understanding of fire alarm life safety systems
• NICET Level II certification in fire alarm systems
• Ability to read drawings and understand codes
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Willingness to travel overnight

Responsabilités

• Sell fire alarm, fire protection systems and related services; achieve orders/booking and gross margin goals
• Achieve annual quota assigned by GM or Sales Manager
• Create new market share by selling to new customers
• Build customer relationships through consultative selling
• Qualify opportunities; follow up with prospects promptly
• Prepare sales proposals, estimates, specifications, and presentations
• Provide accurate forecast of activity and potential sales
• Maintain knowledge of products/services and customer needs
• Utilize CRM to present sales materials and update database
• Travel as required
