Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Service Sales Representative for fire-life safety and security services. You will focus on new opportunities and expanding services within the assigned Maryland Northwood territory while meeting annual quotas.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting value propositions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service contract renewals.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of quota-driven service sales experience.
• Experience selling service contracts and maintenance plans.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present to broad audiences and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sell service contracts and related services to end-user customers.
• Achieve annual quota and manage the assigned territory.
• Prospect for new customers and expand services with existing accounts.
• Develop proposals, estimates, and presentations for customers.
