Convergint is seeking a Fire Account Executive in San Antonio, TX to cultivate new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities. You will join a dynamic team focused on growing accounts in fire alarm & life safety, delivering world-class service and driving profitable outcomes.
The role emphasizes pipeline development, proposal leadership, and close collaboration with engineers and project managers to win proposals and manage objections.
Qualifications
- Proven history of success selling Fire Alarm & Life Safety solutions.
- Desire to learn, understand, and apply solutions to customer challenges.
- Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate business relationships.
- Proactively source sales & service opportunities.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Develop pipeline with real decision makers and business cases.
- Lead proposal construction with quotes and business case.
- Present and close with timely negotiations.
- Focus on markets: global accounts, utilities, healthcare, data centers, governments.
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and partners to deliver proposals.
